Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your manicure, but if a shade isn't your perfect match, we accept returns on gently used or unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that due to shipping regulations, certain nail polishes must be handled via our specialized return portal.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Polish

  Securely pack your items in the original Holo Taco box or a similar sturdy mailer to ensure the glass bottles are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no old tracking codes are visible.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
